HESI exam or Health Education Systems, Inc.exam is administered by schools of nursing in the United States to assess student competency and evaluate if the nursing program/curriculum is working. Hesi exam is a computerized test given online, and is timed.
There are many exams that HESI provides. The entrance exam or HESI admission assessmentexam, custom exams, specialty exams, andexit exams. A custom exam is a specialty exam designed to evaluate faculty-specified nursing content. A specialty exam is used to evaluate specific clinical content. The HESI exit exam is a comprehensive exam available for registered nurses and practical nurses; this is a very good predictor of NCLEX test.
